The terms “you”, “your” and “yours” refer to you as a user of the Site or as the parent or legal guardian (over 18 years of age) of the user, if said user is a minor in their country of residence.
By using or attempting to use the Site, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age or, if under the age of 18, that you have the consent of your parent or guardian (over the age of 18) to use the Site. You can determine when these Terms and Conditions of Use were last revised by referring to the “Most recent update” information at the top of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

These additional Terms and Conditions of Use will be provided, where applicable, when ordering a product or service related to an Event. You must accept them without reservation in order to finalize your order.
These Terms and Conditions of Use will remain in full force and effect as long as you are a user of the Site and in the event of termination of any membership, service or feature, you will still be bound by your obligations under these Terms and Conditions of Use, including any indemnification obligations, warranties, and limitations of liability.
